Here are the top stories in Madison today:

  1. On Thursday night, Madison police arrested a 15-year-old for allegedly stabbing another teenager during a fight involving multiple people. Officers were called to a fast-food restaurant in the area of the 4600 block of Verona Road at 5:45 p.m. The stabbing victim was later found at a nearby grocery store with a wound to his abdomen. Officers identified the 15-year-old they say is responsible for the stabbing and arrested him at about 7:35 p.m. that evening. (Channel3000.com - WISC-TV3)
  2. Madison-based GSAFE is raising money to build strong student leaders while creating Wisconsin K-12 schools that are safe and affirming for LGBTQ+ youth. The organization will be holding its second annual Wrap Yourself in a Rainbow Quilt and Fiber Art Auction, taking place until Monday, Dec. 6 at 9:00 p.m. In the first year of the auction, GSAFE received 150 donations and raised $20,000, which went towards the daily operating and managing of the organization.   3. The Madison School District will soon receive more than $3.5 million in federal funds. (Madison.com)
  4. No cash register, no problem: EatStreet opened a virtual convenience store on State Street that delivers across downtown Madison. (Journal Times)
