  1. Police say a man was shot multiple times near Warner Park on Thursday. Authorities believe the incident occurred as a result of an argument between the victim and the shooter, but a suspect has not been publicly identified at this time. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to recover. (Channel3000.com - WISC-TV3)
  2. A former Dane County Jail resident is suing the county after he broke his hip while in custody at the jail. Jimmie Joshua says that he sustained the fracture after Dane County deputies threw him to the ground before leaving him in an isolation cell for 15 hours. Joshua's injury resulted in major surgery and an eight-day hospital stay. (madison365.com)
  3. Nine Milton elementary students will have their art showcased in the Youth Art Month (YAM) Regional Show next month. The pieces will go on display at the Common Wealth Gallery on Feb. 27 and will be judged for inclusion in the State YAM Show at Madison's East Towne Mall.
