• Lawsuit challenges warrantless Flock database searches in county (gmtoday.com) — Menomonee Falls is named in a new lawsuit challenging how Waukesha County communities use Flock license-plate cameras, with documents showing the village conducted 914 database searches in just three months and enabled access for dozens of outside agencies. The suit argues police should need warrants for these searches, raising fresh questions for Falls residents about privacy, surveillance near homes and churches, and cross-agency data sharing.
