court cases should not drag on over 4 months the have had 3 chances before to straighten out the da and court system shoud be more improve 4 dui in 5 years the person has there there rights to a fair treatment in court if you keep them out on street someoe may get kill becuse you the system we have did not recognize that enough is enough
