Hamilton School District: Hamilton's 2022-23 Kindergarten Registration Begins In January

Kindergarten registration for children who will attend the Hamilton School District in the 2022-23 school year will begin online Jan. 1. The district offers kindergarten programs for 4-year-olds (4K) and 5-year-olds (5K) with bus transportation provided for both.

• 4K is an optional half-day program at Willow Springs Learning Center for children who turn four on or before Sept. 1, 2022.
• 5K is a full-day program at neighborhood elementary schools for children who turn five on or before Sept. 1, 2022.

Students new to the districtStudents enrolling in the district for the first time begin the registration process on the district website by choosing “Enrolling Your Child” under the “Enrolling” menu and following the steps for online registration.

Families with children already enrolled in the districtFamilies with other children already enrolled in the district may log into Infinite Campus and click on “2022 New Student Registration.”

Current Willow Springs 4K students are already registered and do not need to register again for 5K.

Registration completionAll families are then asked to scan and send their child’s immunization records and two proof-of-residency forms – such as current utility bills, leases or property tax statements – to the school office or district registrar. Registration is completed by setting an appointment during school hours to show school staff the child’s original birth certificate.

Three days – Jan. 17, Feb. 25 and March 11 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – have been set aside for future 4K parents to show birth certificates at Willow Springs. Those unable to come on those days can call the school office to make an appointment on another day.
