Wildtree was started back in the 90's by a woman named Lesley Monte. Lesley had two young children that had Medical conditions requiring Special dietary Restrictions. She and her parents found they had to come up with meals that her children could eat and not react to, yet still enjoy. She was a full -time working mother, so these meals had to taste good and be easy to make.
