Menomonee Falls Earns Placement on AP Honor Roll
AP Scholars in Menomonee Falls School District stand to earn $1.2 million in college credit as a result of their hard work.

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI — The Menomonee Falls School District is one of 447 school districts in the U.S. and Canada being honored by the College Board with placement on the 8th Annual AP District Honor Roll.
To be included on the 8th Annual Honor Roll, Falls Schools had to, since 2015, increase the number of students participating in AP while also increasing or maintaining the percentage of students earning AP Exam scores of 3 or higher. Reaching these goals shows that this district is successfully identifying motivated, academically prepared students who are ready for AP.
“The Advanced Placement Honor Roll is a significant national achievement,” said Falls Schools Superintendent Dr. Pat Greco. “Our families and community should be very proud of our students and staff. Our schools are performing in the top 10 percent on our state assessments. Our Advanced Placement Program offers among the highest number of courses to students. Our students are performing at a level to be recognized nationally.”

“Whether students select a two year or four year program, continuing education is a difference maker,” Dr. Greco said. “Our students are demonstrating they are very well prepared. As important, we are reaching students who typically wouldn’t have considered themselves capable of college level work. Our students are closing performance gaps and achieving at record high levels.”

Scholars.
“Congratulations to all the educators and administrators in this district who have worked to clear a path for more students of all backgrounds to participate and succeed in AP,” said Trevor Packer, head of AP and Instruction. “These educators and administrators are fostering a culture in their schools and classrooms that allows students to face new challenges and build the confidence to succeed.”
Currently, Menomonee Falls High School offers 25 Advanced Placement courses ranging from psychology to calculus to music theory and studio art. A total of 35 percent of students at Menomonee Falls High School participate in AP and 76 percent of test takers earn scores to receive college credit.
