
AUDITIONS:
Seeking Tiny Tim, Cast & Chorus for “A Christmas Carol”
West Bend’s 4th
annual production of “A Christmas Carol” will hold open auditions for
the cast in mid-September at the West Bend Masonic Center.
“Our show retains the
up-close and personal feel as in the past, but we have improved audience
sight-lines by using a theater-in-the-round format. Every seat will be
located within four rows of the performers and we’ve added Christmas
Carols.

Auditions are
slated for September 10 (Adults) and September 11 (Children)
at the West Bend Masonic Center, 301 N University Drive, West Bend.
Auditions are at 6:30 both nights. People can arrive at their
convenience. through 8:00 PM
Classic Victorian
Christmas Carols have been woven into the show, sung or hummed in
harmony as a complement to the action taking place on stage. A chorus
singing in four part harmony will provide the vocals. Those
auditioning should plan to sing a familiar Christmas Carol of their
choice, and plan to sing alone and in a group. Those auditioning
are encouraged to audition with a British or Cockney accent. Roles
available include numerous members of “Dickens London Chorus” and various

Adults: Numerous
adult roles for men age 16-70, and women age 16 and up.
Under age
16: We are seeking Tiny Tim and the Cratchit
family children, and also adult feature roles.

Performances are
Weekends, December 5th through 15th 2013, with nine performances.
Tickets go on sale October 1 at the website.
Rehearsals are
typically Monday - Thursday evenings one to three times per week as scheduled.
