
From the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office: Sheriff Richard R. Schmidt ordered an aggressive Operating While Intoxicated (OWI- drugs and/or alcohol) initiative to rid the Milwaukee County freeway system of intoxicated drivers. This past weekend’s Operation Drive Sober initiative from Friday at 4:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m. Monday, resulted in the arrest of 12 drunken drivers. The average PBT test results were .13.
Five repeat offenders, all OWI-2nd offense, were arrested: Steven Addy, age 26, of West Allis, and Milwaukee residents: Ricky Davis, age 36; Jeremiah Kinikin, age 42; Theresa Tice, age 27; and Bobby Zunac, age 24.
First-time offenders taken into custody were: Txawjchaj Lo, age 24, of Sheboygan; Jennifer Keliipio; age 37, of West Allis; Joshua Diaz-Cintron, age 24, of Waukesha; David Spickler, age 51, of Freeport, IL; Joseph Kalwitz, age 29, of Cudahy; Kylie Minnameier, age 24, of Watertown; and Darryl Patterson, age 57, of Milwaukee.

Sheriff Richard Schmidt said, “Five repeat-offenders who didn’t learn their lesson after their first OWI. The consequences for a first offense, a citation, apparently were not severe enough for them. For everyone’s safety, don’t drive drunk!”
