2016 Holiday Shipping Deadlines: USPS, Amazon, FedEx and More

WISCONSIN -- The last weekend before Christmas is the traditional time when people scramble to get that last-minute shopping done before the big day.

But what about if you have to send your hard-earned packages in the mail to make sure they arrive on time?
We at Patch.com have compiled a list of your options as last-minute shoppers magically transform into last-minute shippers:

USPS:

First-Class Mail: Dec. 20
Priority Mail: Dec. 21
Priority Express Service: Dec. 23

Local Post Office Hours

Post Office locations nationwide that are normally open on Saturday will be open Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24, but many will shorten lobby hours and close at noon.

Christmas hours will be posted at each Post Office location. Business customers, please check with your Bulk Mail Entry Unit for hours of Operation. Customers requiring postal services later on Christmas Eve should contact their local Post Office facility.

Dec. 22: Overnight

UPS:

Dec. 19: UPS 3-Day select
Dec. 23: UPS Next-Day Air

Amazon:

Standard Shipping December 19
Two-Day Shipping December 22
One-Day Shipping December 23
Same-Day Delivery (In select cities) December 24, 9:30 a.m. local time or earlier.
Two-Hour Delivery (In select cities) December 24, 9:45 p.m. local time or earlier.

Kohl's:
Standard Delivery - 11PM (CST) on Monday, December 19
2 Day - 1PM (CST) on Tuesday, December 20
1 Day - 1PM (CST) on Wednesday, December 21
