In 2021, West Bend Mutual Insurance donated over $1.8 million to non profit organizations throughout the Midwest with a focus on its local community in Washington County, awarded over $20,000 in Silver Lining scholarships to high school students through the West Bend Mutual Insurance Charitable Fund, and was ranked #1 in the large company category for Milwaukee Journal Sentinel 2021 Top Workplaces.
