In 2021, West Bend Mutual Insurance donated over $1.8 million to non profit organizations throughout the Midwest with a focus on its local community in Washington County, awarded over $20,000 in Silver Lining scholarships to high school students through the West Bend Mutual Insurance Charitable Fund, and was ranked #1 in the large company category for Milwaukee Journal Sentinel 2021 Top Workplaces. Community Service

  • $1.8 million donated to nonprofit organizations throughout the Midwest, and specifically in Washington County, through the West Bend Mutual Insurance Charitable Fund.
  • 344 Hours of building for Habitat for Humanity's Blitz Build.
  • $12,900 donated to MACC Fund for each Brewers' double this season.
  • 172 units of blood donated by associates.
  • $305,530 raised by associates for United Way.
  • $27,000 in grants presented to long-term care facilities.

  • 222 West Bend associates took exams for continuing education insurance courses.
