4 Teens Arrested In Carjacking, Beating Case: Sheriff
Authorities say that members of the group opened a man's car door, knocked him to the ground, beat him and stomped on his head.

MILWAUKEE, WI — Sheriff’s detectives in Milwaukee say they've arrested the four teens responsible for a carjacking and beating that took place in Washington Park near the Urban Ecology Center on May 17 shortly after 5:00 p.m. All four attackers are now in custody and have been charged in court, officials say.
According to police reports, a 43-year-old Milwaukee man was in the Urban Ecology Center's parking lot waiting for his son to finish soccer practice. Four suspects appeared on-scene. Members of the group opened his car door, knocked him to the ground, beat him and stomped on his head, causing him to lose consciousness.
Reports stated that the four attackers nearly ran him over as they drove away. A woman found him bleeding and dazed in the neighborhood. Deputies were called at about 6:50 p.m. and the man was taken to the hospital for treatment of multiple lacerations to his head and face.

According to Milwaukee County Sheriff's officials, on May 24, officers with the Milwaukee Police Department, contacted deputies after they spotted and pursued the stolen vehicle. They arrested a 17-year-old driver after he abandoned the vehicle in the 2400 block of W. Chambers Street, and fled on foot.
Sheriff’s detectives told Patch that they used video footage from the parking lot and evidence from the vehicle to track and arrest the remaining three suspects, ages 15, 16 and 18.

The Milwaukee County Sheriff's office has recommended the following charges: Brandon J. Randall, 17, with Felony Bail Jumping, Take and Drive Without Owner’s Consent, Robbery with Use of Force as a party to a crime; Romaleo Fisher, 18, with take and drive without owner’s consent as a party to a crime, and Robbery with Use of Force as a party to a crime.
The Milwauke County Sheriff's office also recommended charges against the 15 and 16-year-old suspects: take and drive without owner’s consent as a passenger, robbery with use of force as a party to a crime and substantial battery as a party to a crime.
Sheriff Richard Schmidt said in a prepared statement, “beating an innocent citizen and running away shows a total disregard for humanity. I encourage the judicial system to send a strong message to stop this senseless violence."
