Allis Tool & Machine Corp. Acquires SlideTech LLC

Allis Tool & Machine Corp., West Allis, Wis. has acquired the assets of SlideTech LLC, Clyman, Wis. SlideTech, LLC was purchased by John Petuschek in 2003, originally in Waukesha, Wis., and later moved to Clyman. It has built a great reputation nationally with a foundation of personal service. This will continue to be offered for years to come with John joining and helping to expand the innovative product lines under the Allis Tool & Machine Corp. umbrella.

Peter Rathmann, President and CEO of Allis Tool & Machine Corp. said, “The acquisition of SlideTech, LLC will provide Allis Tool & Machine Corp. further growth and diversification by expanding into new markets and adding new solutions to existing markets. Not only were we a user of the now offered linear guides, slide blocks, slide nuts, and lead screw repair solutions , now we can offer prototyping and additional emergency repair solutions for OEM equipment where parts are impossible to get from the manufacturer and also new equipment where companies are tired of long lead times on basic functioning motion parts.”
