Endangered 15-Year-Old Wisconsin Girl Found Safe

SHAWANO, WI -- Authorities in a rural Wisconsin town issued an Amber Alert for a missing 15-year-old girl whom they believed to be in danger. Less than an hour later, she was found safe.

According to the Shawano Police Department, 15-year-old Angel Tomow, also known as Angel Madosh, was last seen at her home on Dec. 31 at 10 a.m. and had not been in contact with family since then.

Authorities in Shawano said they had reason to believe that she is in "extreme danger." Police originally said that may be in either the Milwaukee or Chicago areas. Authorities have yet to say where she was found.

She was described as standing five feet tall, weighing about 100 lbs., with long black hair and brown eyes. Police have yet to say the circumstances of her disappearance and subsequent discovery.
