'She was my best friend': Family and friends remember 21-year-old killed while walking to a Milwaukee bus stop (cbs58.com) — Family and friends in Milwaukee gathered near 92nd and Hampton to honor 21-year-old Iyanah Pryor, who was killed Tuesday while walking to a bus stop on her way to work. Loved ones remembered her as a devoted mother and motivating friend, while Milwaukee police say the 34-year-old driver who hit her is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
3. Milwaukee mother demands justice after son's fatal shooting (wisn.com) — A Milwaukee mother is pleading for justice after her 16-year-old son, Cameron Bowen, was fatally shot by a classmate near Layton and Greenfield Avenue on the south side. Prosecutors have charged 15-year-old Robbiel Stokes with first-degree intentional homicide, but he remains at large as family and friends hold vigils and urge him to turn himself in.

Milwaukee County's lowest E85 gas price recorded at $2.49 for week ending Sept. 19 (mkesouth.com) — Drivers in Milwaukee County recently saw E85 fuel as low as $2.49 per gallon at one station, with an average of $3.38 across the county. The report compares prices in Milwaukee and nearby suburbs and explains how global oil markets, refinery issues, and seasonal demand continue to push fuel costs up and down for local motorists.
