Burglary Victim Helps Milwaukee Police Catch Career Criminal
59-year-old suspect has 40-year criminal history.

MILWAUKEE, WI — A convicted felon, and career criminal, was arrested in a burglary investigation after a victim and District Five officers worked together to locate him.
According to a Milwaukee Police Report, officers responded to the 4400 block of N. 25th Street around 5:00 p.m. Monday for a report of a burglary. When they arrived, the victim, a 41-year-old Milwaukee woman, told officers she saw the male suspect inside her house. The suspect then fled and the victim was able to locate him a short distance away.
The officers took over from there and arrested the suspect, a 59-year-old Milwaukee man, in the 2600 block of W. Ruby Street. The suspect is a convicted felon with a criminal history dating back to 1977. MPD will present this case to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days for charges.
