Here are a few ways to volunteer and make a difference in our community.
Volunteer Milwaukee, a service of the Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee features both one-time and ongoing volunteer opportunities in our community. Here are a few ways to help.
- Encourage giving with The Salvation Army Milwaukee County donation kettles November-December 24th - two hour shifts at various locations. Register here or contact 414-302-4300.
- Help Milwaukee residents file taxes, Feb 1-April 18; free certification in tax preparation starts in December. Contact Riverworks Development Corporation at DavidL@RiverworksMKE.org or 414-906-9650.
