Here are a few ways to volunteer and make a difference in our community.

Volunteer Milwaukee, a service of the Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee features both one-time and ongoing volunteer opportunities in our community. Here are a few ways to help.
- Bake holiday cookies for seniors and drop off at Bay View Community Center noon to 5 p.m. Dec. 14 or Dec. 17. Contact lnieft@bayviewcenter.org or (414) 482-1000.
- Group of 20 needed to paint the Salvation Army Citadel gymnasium to be used for youth programming in January. Choose a December date; supplies and food provided. Contact nancy_zompolas@usc.salvationarmy.org or (414) 302-4300.
- Greet, escort and transport patients and visitors at new Aurora Health Center Six Points Clinic in West Allis; Spanish bilingual skills helpful. Apply here or contact michelle.tisljar@aurora.org or 262-329-4615.
- Bring your pet to bring joy and companionship to our assisted living and independent living residents at St. Camillus/San Camillo; pet therapy certification required. Contact lbartelt@stcam.com or (414) 259-4610.
- Transport and assist residents to/from campus and community events, entertainments, socials and programs for Luther Manor. Contact volunteer@luthermanor.org or (414) 831-8964.
