Officers said they saw one man, Justin Singleton, not moving or breathing. The other man, Antonio Singleton, was struggling to breathe. The men, according to police, are brothers. According to a witness, Antonio and Justin Singleton socializing on the rear porch of their home when a silver Chevy Impala pulled up. When the shooting was over, the witness told police he came back outside to see the brothers both wounded. Police say they found seven .40-caliber shell casings near where Justin and Antonio were found.

According to a FOX 6 report on the night of the shooting, Macshaunya Wright said she hurried to the scene where her brothers, Justin and Tony were shot and killed.

"They were good young men, striving to be better and help add to the positivity of our community. It’s just sad that we can’t handle our issues and problems without resorting to violence. We should be able to talk about things. I wanted to be able to hug my brother or at least say goodbye with my mom and my sisters and my brothers, but they wouldn’t let us do that. Just seeing the body bag was closure enough for me. I heard it was something as silly as a female making a call and some females pulled up in a car that was tinted and shot at my brothers and pulled off," said Wright in the report.

According to reports, following an autopsy by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's office, it was determined that Justin suffered gunshot wounds to chest and abdomen and that Antonio suffered gunshot wounds to the neck, arm and leg.
