Drunk Driver Was On Wrong Side Of Highway: Police
After stopping him, he failed a sobriety test, refused a breathalyzer and claimed to have only had water, police say.

MILWAUKEE, WI — Around 3:30 a.m. Sunday an MPD squad car spotted a car heading south on the northbound distress lane on I-43 near Hampton Avenue. The driver, according to police, was drunk.
Alexander Skebba, 26, of Cedarburg, failed the sobriety tests and refused to take a breathalyzer, police say, while insisting he only had water to drink.
Police transported him to the hospital for a blood draw.

Skebba is now being charged with his first offense of driving under the influence. He also is facing a charge of second degree recklessly endangering safety and was cite for DUI and driving the wrong way on a divided highway.
A second degree recklessly endangering safety conviction has a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
