EPI Hosts "The Year of Risk and Its Impact on Owning a Business"

The Wisconsin Chapter of The Exit Planning Institute (EPI) is presenting “The Year of Risk and Its Impact on Owning a Business.” The program is November 10, 2020 at 8:00 – 9:30 a.m. via Zoom. Networking begins at 8:00 a.m., and the program is 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. There is no fee for the program. A Zoom link will be emailed after registration.

Keynotes at the event are Anthony Law and Dan Peterson, managing directors, Valuation Research Corporation. Moderator is Martha Sullivan, president, Provenance Hill Consulting, LLC.

Martha Sullivan, CPA, CEPA, president of EPI’s Wisconsin Chapter, said, “2020 has been like driving a small car down a bad Wisconsin-winter road, filled with unexpected hills, curves and potholes. You just don’t know what risk lies ahead the next bend. Managing risk is a key driver of value of a business. I’m looking forward to hearing Dan & Tony’s perspectives on how risk will shape valuations going into 2021.”
