Founder of Oak Hill Business Partners Shares Key Steps Owners Should Take to Have a Successful Succession
Erik Owen, CEPA, CPA, founder and president of Oak Hill Business Partners, a boutique management consulting firm in Southeastern Wisconsin, spoke recently at the Exit Planning Institute, Wisconsin Chapter monthly membership meeting. Owen was joined by Robert Holton, MBA, CWS®, R&R Wealth Management, LLC.
Subjects that were covered were: how to engage owners in the development of a personal plan to succession; how to guide owners to maximize the value of their enterprise; and key steps owners should take to have a successful succession.
