A longtime TV news anchor is leaving the airwaves after 21 years for a career change.

MILWAUKEE, WI -- A longtime TV news anchor is leaving the airwaves after 21 years for a career change.
According to a Milwaukee Business Journal report this week, longtime anchor and reporter Beverly Taylor will leave FOX 6 later this month in order to work in the family services field.
Taylor, who anchors the station's 11 a.m. news broadcast, will have her farewell broadcast on Dec. 19, according to the Business Journal. She will work as a mediator in family disputes and also serve on a Cardinal Stritch advisory board.
