Full Sail Leadership Academy Celebrates Third Year in Business
Full Sail Donates Team Building Sessions to Medical Staffs

As companies come back together, making sure your team is heading in the same direction is even more important than ever. Full Sail Leadership Academy, celebrating its third year in business, may have the solution. Full Sail is a leadership and team-building firm specializing in leadership workshops, retreats, and events while teaching the participants sailing and navigation skills that can be applied directly to a company’s needs.
Company founder Tim Dittloff said, “The last weeks have been a roller coaster for many individuals and companies. At times like this, lack of leadership and integrity shows up quickly, and employees and clients experience the effects of these behavioral gaps. Looking ahead to the loosening of Wisconsin’s stay-at-home restrictions, now is the perfect time to plan for team building and rebuilding.”
Full Sail Leadership Academy offers training sessions away from the usual work setting. Workshops include classroom training sessions, followed by time learning and sailing on the open waters of Lake Michigan. Workshops are designed for either individual executive leaders or an executive leader and his or her team. Full and half-day training sessions are available.

Dittloff continued, “Investing in this experience is a pivotal steppingstone toward taking your team – and your business – to the next level and reconnecting your team. I think the best place to learn about your team is on the deck of a sailboat. Summer is just around the corner, and planning now is essential so quick execution is possible.”
Dittloff also shares, “In the coming weeks, Full Sail plans to donate team-building sessions to staffs at Rogers Memorial Hospital, Aurora Emergency Department, and Froedtert Cancer Center.”
