MILWAUKEE — We aren't sure if it was a trick or a treat, but Wisconinites got their first taste of winter this season with a Halloween snowstorm.

• Franklin, WI — 3 inches (reported at 9:33 p.m.)

Looking ahead, southeast Wisconsin will see chilly temperatures and dry weather Wednesday with highs around 40 degrees. Temperatures will warm each day and things will stay dry until this weekend, where there is a chance for rain showers.
