The Independent Business Association of Wisconsin (IBAW) hosts “Where is the CRAZY Housing Market Heading” on Friday, December 9, 2022, 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Event will be held at the Wisconsin Club, 900 W Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wis.
Mike Ruzicka, president of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, will talk about what’s happening with the housing market, where it’s going, and how it impacts all of us. It’s an interesting look inside the home market.
Steve Kohlmann, Executive Director of IBAW, said, “Houses being sold within hours, multiple offers, record high prices, and thousands of apartments still being built. What’s going on with the housing market? Will demand continue or will the economy slow down? What does it mean to you? How does all of this impact municipalities, communities, and businesses?”
