Taylor would not comply and attempted to get away from officers again, this time by running to the front door. Officers again were able to get a hold of him, and gave several commands for him to get on the ground and to stop resisting, police reported.

According to the complaint, while Taylor was by the front door struggling with officers, he lunged at the arresting officer's tool belt. Taylor grabbed her firearm, and was forcefully tugging on it. A nearby officer announced that Taylor was grabbing at her gun and the officer then tazed Taylor. Taylor was not able to get the officer's gun out of her holster.

Taylor has been charged with Disarming a Peace Officer and faces up to three years behind bars if convicted. He is currently being held in the Milwaukee County Jail on a $7,500 cash bond.
