Man Dies In Stadium Interchange I-94 Crash: Report
Officials said the crash caused lengthy backups in the eastbound lanes of I-94.

MILWAUKEE, WI — One person is dead after a two-vehicle crash on I-94 eastbound at the Stadium Interchange in Milwaukee County.
According to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner, a man died in the crash at 39th Street. Milwaukee County Sheriff's officials responded to the area at about 2:30 p.m. Monday to tend to the accident scene.
Officials said the crash caused lengthy backups in the eastbound lanes of I-94. All eastbound lanes were closed as authorities investigated the cause of the crash, authorities said. By 6:30 p.m., those lanes were re-opened after the accident was cleared.

As authorities cleared the scene, the wreckage of a small silver sedan could be seen sitting in a snow bank off the side of the freeway. The vehicle had extensive front-end damage, a snapped axle and left a debris field across two lanes of traffic.
