Metro Market Hiring Event Planned For Wednesday

SHOREWOOD, WI — Roundy's announced Monday that Pick 'n Save and Metro Market locations across Wisconsin will hold a hiring event on Wednesday for over 1000 open positions.

All 106 of the company's stores in Wisconsin, including the Metro Market in Shorewood, will be hiring during the event. Walk-in interviews are welcome, applicants can also apply and interview online for the positions, the news release said.

The hiring event will take place 1-4 p.m.

Positions include part-time and full-time roles in the deli, bakery, overnight and around the store. People who are hired can start their job three days from their hire date. The new hires also come as stores are preparing for holiday operations, the news release said.

Here are Pick 'n Save and Metro Market locations around Shorewood participating in the hiring event Wednesday:

• Metro Market, 4075 N. Oakland Avenue, Shorewood.
• Pick 'n Save, 1100 E. Garfield Avenue, Milwaukee.
• Pick 'n Save, 6969 N. Port Washington Road, Glendale.
