Michelin’s anonymous inspectors are already dining across the region, evaluating restaurants based on criteria such as product quality, cooking technique, flavor harmony, and consistency.
Restaurants can earn distinctions including one, two or three Michelin stars, Bib Gourmand recognition for value, and Green Stars for sustainability.
The move could bring new global attention to Milwaukee’s dining scene, long known for its local traditions and growing national profile.
