Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred on Monday, June 1, 2020., at approximately 3:21 a.m., on the 1700 block of W. Hopkins Street. A vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control, subsequently striking a tree. The driver and sole occupant, a 38-year-old woman was pronounced deceased on the scene.
