On Thursday, April 30, 2020, at 11:57 PM, the Milwaukee Police Department responded to a shooting in the 2400 block of W. Auer St. The victim is a 49-year old male who sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. On Friday, May 1, 2020, at about 4:45 a.m., Milwaukee Police were dispatched to a non-fatal shooting on the 4900 block of North 26th St. A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman sustained a non-life threatening injury and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The circumstances surrounding this incident are still under investigation and MPD is seeking an unknown suspect.
