Milwaukee Police are investigating a hit and run accident that occurred on Friday, April 24, 2020, at approximately 12:17 p.m., on N. 27th Street and W. Auer Avenue. A vehicle struck a pedestrian who was crossing the street and then fled. The striking vehicle was recovered unoccupied. The victim, a 22-year-old man from Milwaukee sustained life-threatening injuries. He was transported to a local hospital and is listed as critical condition.
