Milwaukee Police Department Seeks Public Assistance In Identifying A Suspect Wanted For A Strong Armed Robbery

The suspect is a described as a black male, with a short black afro, 25 - 30 years of age, 5'07 to 5'09 with a medium skin complexion.

Milwaukee Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for a strong armed robbery that occurred at a business located on the 4800 block of North Hopkins Street on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at 6:15 p.m. The cashier assisted a paying customer and while the register was open, the suspect reached into the register and attempted pull the cash tray out of the drawer. The cashier struggled with the suspect; however, the suspect was able to steal money from the cash tray and ran out of the store. The suspect was last seen running northbound on North Hopkins Street.

The suspect is a described as a black male, with a short black afro, 25 - 30 years of age, 5’07 to 5’09 with a medium skin complexion and a thin build. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt over a white T-shirt, faded bleached jeans, and black Nike shoes.
