On May 30, 2020, at approximately 3:30 a.m., a Milwaukee police officer sustained a non-fatal gunshot injury while responding to the area of 200 West Locust Street.

The officer is 38 years old and is a 4-year veteran of the Milwaukee Police Department. He was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries and is expected to survive.
Milwaukee Police are actively seeking the suspect(s) involved.
