MKE Run Fit Fest, Milwaukee's Only Running & Fitness Expo presented by WI nonprofit founder Kelly Johnson happening on Saturday, Feb. 1st.

Runners, yogis, and fitness enthusiasts, the MKE Run Fit Fest is Saturday, Feb. 1st at Milwaukee’s Sixth Floor.
Admission is FREE to the event and it promises to have something for everyone.
“The MKE Run Fit Fest is Milwaukee’s only fitness & wellness expo that also gives back to the community. Not only is it free and open to the public, but the Fest is filled with a number of fun experiences designed to promote a healthier lifestyle. said Kelly Johnson, Event Director.

Attendees can participate in group classes, interact with local health & wellness vendors, and enjoy a live podcast episode including an interview with a Milwaukee-native author and his upcoming running novel. Proceeds raised from the Fest benefit the Kelly Johnson Foundation and its growing Johnson Family Scholarship program. Since 2014, the Johnson Family Scholarship program has awarded 10 high school scholarships in Wisconsin and Illinois high schools.

2020 will be our and the city of Milwaukee’s inaugural year hosting a fitness & wellness expo and we estimate over 300 participants to attend our one-day event.
Our event schedule includes a pre-event Yoga with a View class, guest speaker Dr. Lavin speaking on running and well-being, a pop-up HIIT class by Shred415 East Side, self-care workout led by Inner Workout, and concluding with a post-event Zumba class benefiting the Australian Red Cross.
