Mother's Day 2017: Endless Mimosas and More at the Capital Grille

MILWAUKEE, WI — There's a sign posted in the lobby of Milwaukee's Capital Grille that states "remind her why you're her favorite - join us for Mother's Day."

The Capital Grille, 310 W. Wisconsin Ave. in Downtown Milwaukee is hosting a Mother's Day brunch suitable for the whole family on Sunday, May 14, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Endless Mimosas are Just the Beginning

The answer to the question "Does mom deserve a mimosa on Mother's Day?" is a resounding yes three times over at the Capital Grille.

For the sum of $12, guests can choose between a Classic Mimosa, pleasantly tart Citrus Blossom or the Peach Bellini with a surprisingly delightful hint of cinnamon.

In addition to serving its dinner menu all day, brunch will be served for $49 per person and $15 for children.

The Menu

For the appetizer course, guests can choose between menu items such as Spring Mushroom Bisque or Kale Salad with Toasted Almonds.

Guests can then select from a range of items for their main course, including Pan Seared Salmon, 8 oz. Filet Mignon or The Capital Grille’s Lobster Frittata - a unique dish and also a long-held favorite at the Capital Grille.

The bone-in dry-aged New York Strip steak comes served with a fried egg, lyonnaise potatoes and a unique "Red Eye Jus" that expertly combines espresso and bacon notes into a perfect pairing with the wouth-watering tenderness of dry-aged steak.

Children can enjoy classics alongside Mom such as Chicken Fingers, Mac ‘N’ Cheese, Miniature Cheeseburger, French Toast or Scrambled Eggs with Cheese.

Dessert Offerings

What Mother’s Day celebration is complete without the dessert.

Guests can savor options such as an exceptionally rich Classic Crème Brûlée, a stunning Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake or the bright and the refreshing Strawberries Capital Grille.

It is accompanied by the restaurant’s award-winning wine list of over 350 wine selections, as well as endless mimosas available for $12. Children can follow up their meal with ice cream.
