The latest mid-range forecast from the National Weather Service all but guarantees a November heatwave for Wisconsin.
The average temperature for November in Wisconsin is 40.4 degrees, according to the NWS.

Here's the week-ahead NWS forecast from the Milwaukee Airport:
Wednesday: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before noon, then scattered showers and thunderstorms between noon and 3pm, then a chance of showers after 3pm. High near 51. East wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Wednesday Night: A 30 percent chance of showers before 9pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 41. East wind 5 to 15 mph becoming northwest after midnight.

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 34. West wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
