Oak Hill Business Partners Celebrates Another Client Sale
Oak Hill's Client, Stay-Lite Lighting, Sold to Orion Energy Systems

Oak Hill Business Partners congratulates its client Stay-Lite Lighting on its sale to Orion Energy Systems in December 2021. Orion Energy is a provider of energy-efficient LED lighting, controls, and IoT systems, including turnkey project implementation, program management and system maintenance. Stay-Lite is a nationwide lighting and electrical maintenance service provider. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
