Police Investigate Double Shooting Wednesday in Milwaukee
Police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead and a woman injured in broad daylight Wednesday.

MILWAUKEE -- Police are investigating a Wed. Oct. 26 shooting that left a man dead and a woman injured in broad daylight around 11:35 a.m. in the 4200 block of N. 51st Blvd.
A 24-year old Milwaukee man was shot while inside of a residence and died on scene.
A 27-year old woman from Milwaukee was also shot, suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

The investigation is ongoing and MPD continues to seek suspects and determine a motive.

Milwaukee Police officers responded to a ShotSpotter call in the 4000 block of N. 19th Street around 9:20 p.m. on October 25.
They arrived to find an adult male suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. The Milwaukee Fire Department arrived and attempted life saving measures; however the victim died on the scene.
At this time the circumstances leading to the shooting are unknown. Milwaukee Police continues to investigate and seek suspect(s).
