Private Ambulance Involved In Crash On 20th And Layton: Reports

MILWAUKEE, WI — A car crashed into a private Bell Ambulance Monday afternoon near 20th Street and West Layton Avenue, according to reports.

The ambulance was on an emergency call at the time with its lights and sirens on, and the impact caused the ambulance to flip onto its side, according to a report by Fox 6 News. The three occupants of the ambulance suffered non-fatal injuries, the report said, and the driver of the striking car was cited.

The patient in the ambulance was transferred to Greenfield Fire Department for care, Bell Ambulance told CBS 58.
