VIDEO: Frank Jude, Once Brutalized By Police, Suspect In Convenience Store Destruction

Frank Jude Jr., a man who won a lawsuit for police brutality, is now in custody as a suspect of ransacking a convenience store.

MILWAUKEE, WI -- Frank Jude Jr. has been arrested in connection with the destruction of a convenience store. A video on Facebook surfaced which shows Jude doing the damage.

The two-minute video, posted by Raymond Willis on Facebook, shows Jude throwing items, yelling, and running around over spilled merchandise. Jude is not unknown to law enforcement.

In 2004, Jude suffered a police beating. Later, in 2012, the city settled the police brutality case with Jude for a sum of $2 million.

Since the 2004 incident, Jude has been in and out of jail, according to WISN News. Later this month, it will be determined whether Jude is competent to stand trial.
