WISCONSIN — A Wisconsin college student majoring in business got a lesson he didn't expect after a police officer pulled him over for speeding.

Officer Martin Folczyk with the Menomonie Police Department pulled over University of Wisconsin-Stout student Trevor Keeney for speeding on November 30.

Keeney, a Business Management student at UW-Stout and a Mahtomedi, Minnesota native, was running late to a presentation. He was wearing a suit, buttoned-down shirt and dress pants - but no tie.

In fact, Keeney was hurriedly driving on his way to a friend's house near campus so that he could tie it for him.

So instead of issuing Keeney a speeding ticket, he let him off with a warning. Then, as Officer Folczyk's squad dashcam was rolling, he offered to tie the young man's tie.
