WISCONSIN — Central Wisconsin should expect another round of plowable spring snow on Tuesday. Southern Wisconsin will see more rain than snow, but it will be a mess either way.

"Rain changing to wet, heavy snow this afternoon. Winter Storm Warning north of Madison and toward east central WI for 4-8 inches," the National Weather Service said.
