Details are still unfolding in a shooting spree that left a Wisconsin police officer and three others dead.

A Wisconsin police officer and three others were killed in a shooting spree Wednesday, and the accused shooter is in custody, authorities said. The shooting occurred in the Rothschild, Schofield and Weston communities in northern Wisconsin.
The Everest Metro officer who was killed has not yet been identified in the shootings, which stemmed from a domestic situation at a bank, police said. Other shootings occurred at a law firm and an apartment complex.
The other victims haven’t been identified. It's unclear when and where the police officer was killed.

Wausau police Capt. Todd Baeten told reporters a police officer was one of the people shot at the apartment complex.
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker issued a statement Thursday condemning the violence.
“This was a horrific act of violence that tragically took the lives of four innocent people,” Walker said. “On behalf of the entire State of Wisconsin, Tonette and I send our thoughts and prayers to the families of the victims, to Chief Wally Sparks and all members of the Everest Metropolitan Police Department, and to the Rothschild, Schofield, and Weston communities. We want you to know that we all stand with you and seek to comfort you as you mourn the loss of your loved ones.”
