Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson Tests Positive For Coronavirus
Johnson is the third Republican senator in two days to announce he's tested positive for the virus.

MILWAUKEE — Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson has tested positive for coronavirus, according to multiple news outlets citing a statement from Johnson's office. Johnson is the third Republican senator in two days to confirm he has the virus.
Johnson's office said he tested positive after he was exposed to an infected individual on Sept. 29, The Hill reported.
“After learning of this exposure, the senator was tested yesterday afternoon. This test came back positive,” his office said. “Sen. Johnson feels healthy and is not experiencing symptoms. He will remain isolated until given the all-clear by his doctor."

News of Johnson's diagnosis comes the day after President Donald Trump announced he and first lady Melania Trump tested positive for coronavirus.
Republican Sens. Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) on Friday also confirmed they had the virus.
