18-Year-Old Faces Prison For SnapChat with 14-Year-Old Girl
An 18-year-old has been charged with two felonies after authorities say he used SnapChat to send nude photos and commuicate sexual texts.

BURLINGTON, WI — An 18-year-old has been charged with two felonies after authorities say he used SnapChat to send nude photos and commuicate sexual mesages with 14-year-old girls.
According to authorities, police executed a search warrant on 18-year-old Daniel Loyola's cell phone on April 11.
During the course of the investigation, police spoke with the 14-year-old girl who stated that Loyola started up a conversation with her on SnapChat only to have Loyola send her an unknown nude male with his erect penis exposed in addition to other graphic photos, the criminal complaint stated.

When police investigated Loyola's phone, it revealed in excess of 50 nude or semi-nude images of young girls - many of which appeared to be under the age of 16, the complaint stated.
Police also located multiple references to intercourse with children and to rape within Loyola's social media, the criminal complaint stated.

If convicted, Loyola faces a maximum punishment of up to three years behind bars.
