21st Century Prep Loses significant staff

The Journal Times recently posted an article regarding the loss of staff at 21st Century Prep.  They closed comments due to what they considered a continued breach of their terms of service.

I believe this situation should be investigated, since the claim by an administrator suggested that all of the exiting employees left due to compensation, and I have first hand knowledge that that is not at all correct.  It may be why some were commenting in a way that was offensive to some.

I would invite the issue to be discussed here, since the JT has conveniently disposed of the discussion.  Charter schools are important, and the reasons they do or do not succeed are equally as important.

I hope Heather will investigate, and those that visit this media will open the dialogue which may be important as we struggle to provide opportunity for students in Racine County.
