After 18 Years, Out Of The Pan Closing Its Doors
Out of the Pan may be closing, but owner Roberta Schulz has a new restaurant planned downtown.

RACINE, WI -- After 18 years as a fixture in Downtown Racine, popular restaurant and brunch place Out of the Pan is closing its doors for good.
A post on the restaurant's Facebook page read: "For those of you who have not already heard, Out Of The Pan will be closing it’s doors this Wednesday, November 21 at 3:00pm. I will keep everyone posted as to the opening date of my new restaurant, ROBERTA!!"
On Friday, Nov. 16, Out of the Pan is hosting a "last supper". The restaurant's menu for their final Friday are as follows:

Appetizer
Naan pizza with truffled burrata, portobello mushroom, red onion, and balsamic glaze, topped with baby arugula salad
Entrees
Panko Crusted Great Lakes Yellow Perch with handcut fries, housemade slaw and tarter

Potato Crusted Norwegian Salmon with citrus beurre Blanc and grilled asparagus
"The Out of the Pan family is filled with gratitude and thanks to all of our wonderful loyal customers we have had the pleasure to serve for all of these years. The good news is we will be opening a new restaurant, ROBERTA, located at 322 6th St. within the next few weeks. We will keep you posted via Facebook as to our grand opening date," owner Roberta Schulz wrote online.
