Police Say Man Who Shot Woman Abducted 2-Year-Old Daughter
Police in Milwaukee say the 2-year-old girl was last seen with a 33-year-old man driving a Cadillac with Florida license plates.

MILWAUKEE, WI -- Authorities in Wisconsin say the man responsible for shooting a Milwaukee woman Monday is on the run with her two-year-old daughter.
According to police in Milwaukee, Higgins is considered a suspect in the shooting death of Sierra Robinson near 91st Street and Mill Road in Milwaukee. According to a WISN report, Robinson is Noelani's mother.
According to Milwaukee police, suspect Dariaz L. Higgins did not return two-year-old Noelani Robinson to family as planned, and that they believe Higgins has the child and is considered armed and dangerous.

Police describe Higgins as a 34-year-old man with brown hair, brown eyes and distinctive facial markings.
Authorities say Robinson was last seen before 1:30 p.m. Monday.

Police say Higgins was last seen driving a 2014 black Cadillac sport utility vehicle with Florida license plates. The plate number is HVCZ95, police say.
